TTK is an engineering and trading company for casting products.
We can serve raw , pre-machined and fully machined casting items to our clients.

CONSULTING
According to client requests our experienced engineer team offers alternative designs and materials to improve lifetime of products and decrease your costs. Our main aim is to develop any solutions for your products.
ENGINEERING
TTK provides 3D drawings to your products, generates 3D drawing with laser tracking system through reverse engineering and simulate casting & solidifying your products.
Pattern
We can supply wood, plastic and metal patterns and core boxes for any quantity and alloy specifications your inquiries.
Prototype
TTK able to manufacture prototype of your drawings in 7 days by the original alloy. Rapid manufacturing can be done with alternative manufacturing processes by all laboratory sized equipment.

CASTING
Up to 85 tons unit weight, TTK can serve you more than 2000 different alloys of castings from experienced suppliers.
HARDENING - HARD FACING WELDING
Due to any type of hardness requirements, we can apply heat treatment hardening methods or hard welding applications to castings.
MACHINING
The machining of the casting products can be carried out by our partner foundries as in-house production or by the experienced external machining workshops.
Quality Assurance
TTK can serve quality reports according to EN 10204 standard by manufacturer or third party controllers. We assure continuously the best quality of your products and ensure on time deliveries as per customer’s requirements.
